Information for Vendors
$99 fee includes both Saturday & Sunday, regardless of whether you attend both days. Hours are Saturday 11am-4pm and Sunday 11am-3pm. Vendors will be accepted on a first-registered, first-accepted basis until available space is full.
One vendor per organization will be permitted. Family friendly products only. Preference will be given to vendors in East Gwillimbury.
The market location has moved and will be located outside the park along Main Street. Each space is approx. 10′ x 10′ (exact size may vary slightly but cannot be larger). Please note that location can be subject to change should any unforeseen issues be encountered prior to Fair date.
The event is outdoors (rain or shine). If bringing a tent/canopy, it is suggested to bring weights and ties to keep your booth secure. No tables or chairs are provided. Electrical outlets are also not available.
Set up is at 10:30am on both days. Registration deadline is May 19th, 2024.
